播放器內的影片一直轉圈圈而無法播放[含2張圖]

正常影片播放如下圖:

如果影片無法播放,播放器中央一直出現轉圈圈如下圖:

時間軸出現: 0:00

表示使用者端的瀏覽器出現異常,可能是終端使用者使用了非主流而有特殊設定的瀏覽器或安裝了防火牆之類的防護設定而導致影片無法正常播放。

可以用這個網址: https://up.yocoolnet.in/test/hlsjs_nosecure.php 測試，然後在以下回復您測試的結果。
